Where the Mountains Meet the Moon

The book is about a poor little girl that loves story's and when she buy's a fish from a fish seller, she finds out that the fish can talk, and she believes in the stories her father tells her so much that she goes on a quest to see the man of the moon. she soon finds a dragon and they go together to find the man of the moon.
